8899ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8899ph and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the 8899ph platform, including but not limited to the website at 8899ph.vip, any associated mobile web applications, and all games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process and creating an account with 8899ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the 8899ph platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8899ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8899ph.

Access to and use of the 8899ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 8899ph strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age verification procedures during the registration and KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, or otherwise be permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming activities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 8899ph or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's self-exclusion program.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) active account with 8899ph. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access the full range of services offered by 8899ph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 8899ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 8899ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

8899ph is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, taken on the day of submission.

8899ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

8899ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the 8899ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made using the following accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• 8899ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
• 8899ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit method. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 8899ph account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 8899ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the player's account dashboard.

8899ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8899ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: 8899ph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of multiple payment methods to circumvent deposit limits, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on the 8899ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on the 8899ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG software.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 8899ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. 8899ph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 8899ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8899ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer poker or other multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 8899ph staff or other players.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your account.

8899ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. Loss limits are applied in real time and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to six (6) months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 8899ph platform may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display the duration of their current session and their net gaming activity.

All content on the 8899ph platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 8899ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8899ph platform without the prior written consent of 8899ph.
• The 8899ph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 8899ph. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, is licensed to 8899ph by third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8899ph's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 8899ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 8899ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8899ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 8899ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
• 8899ph is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside of 8899ph's direct control.

8899ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the 8899ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 8899ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

8899ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or business operations.

• Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
• Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made without prior notice.
• Your continued use of the 8899ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
• The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 8899ph website at 8899ph.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8899ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 8899ph customer support. 8899ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8899ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Players who believe that 8899ph has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
